I use HubSpot CRM mainly for email outreach, scheduling meetings, and automating tasks with features like "Sequences." It addresses business problems such as manual task management, inefficient email campaigns, and bottlenecks in the process of scheduling. The scope of use spans across the marketing department, playing a key role in marketing strategy development.
  • Personalized email campaigns: It helps to create highly effective personalized emails with its wonderful content tokens.
  • Scheduling of meetings: It eliminates the bottlenecks in the process of meeting schedule with its amazing integrating capabilities with other calendar tools like Google Calendar. It also ensures the automatic reminders of meetings to the participants of meeting.
  • Automation for follow-up : With its feature called "sequences", follow-up emails made easy.
  • It is more helpful if HubSpot CRM can provide notification or email to the user whenever the email is disconnected with the HubSpot calendar.
  • Even though it has seamless integration, it would be better if it integrate more other tools or third party tools.
  • It has good user interface but when it comes to create advanced reports then it is not easy for the people, who have less technical expertise.
The well suited scenario is when I want to follow up to the people whom I reached previously. With the feature "Sequences", it automatically sends the follow ups, who didn't replied in the previous days. This also helped my sales team to close the deals. The less appropriate scenario is when we want to do deep customization.

As a web hosting and Web Design company, we have tried almost every CRM, we use WHCMS for billing and other needs but it never did what we needed in terms of sending the client detailed proposals opening support tickets with proper information and snippets. So we switched to the free version of HubSpot CRM and have never looked back, by far, it is the best tool in the business and the free version trumps all others in features. We use it every day and it works flawlessly. If you want a CRM system that can do a lot for you try HubSpot CRM they know what they are doing.
  • Tickets
  • Campaign Emails
  • Connected apps
  • The price is very high for upgradging as a small startup in a third world country.
  • The ticket system on the free could highlight the ticket by priority
  • Add a work timer to the free version
As I said in the beginning I think it trumps all other software of its kind even Freshdesk.
The only downside is that Freshdesk gives you a client portal for FAQ on the free version something we need as a business. So having to use Freshdesk just for that and HubSpot CRM for the rest is annoying.
It would be great to have a free customer portal design for HubSpot CRM free.

I use it for making phone calls to follow up with leads generated from Google Ads. It also helps me organize my leads and send automated emails.
  • Email templates
  • Lead activity tracking
  • Phone calls
  • Call recording
  • No Built in SMS feature
  • Navigating the contacts page
  • Locating the user phone number assignments
Great for leads that don’t move through different stages, like if you only reach out one or two time. Otherwise, you’ll have to create some customization for how you organize and view leads at different stages.

We use HubSpot CRM as our main dialer and CRM tool. All cases are stored here and all marketing information that we get from the leads are also stored in HubSpot CRM. We also send emails here. Our Docusign is also integrated here so contracts are also being sent via this CRM.
  • Dialer
  • Data Storage
  • Marketing
  • Data Collection
  • Dialer. Making calls are sometimes having issues.
  • Integration to other tools such as Aloware and docusign
  • Reporting can sometimes be difficult
It has a better way in integrating all programs and tools. Like if we collect information from a lead, all of his information can be found easily in just one page making our jobs a lot easier. Contracts, deals, revenues are all in the same tool and that makes our records seamless and easy to access.

HubSpot CRM allows me to know the lead score based on how much they have engaged with our content. I also get notifications when my emails were opened and links clicked, making follow-up much more on point. It also connects with Gmail, Facebook and LinkedIn, all platforms in which we generate leads.
  • Integrate with Gmail so I can check the contact record from my email inbox
  • Create email sequences and set the date for them to go out automatically, saving me time and energy
  • Notifications in real time on Gmail and Slack, speed to lead is crucial
  • I'd like to see it connect with Instagram
  • I miss seeing who made changes on the record and when - no log of changes
  • I would also like to see what time zone my lead is in in CRM
HubSpot CRM allows us to have an SMS number that leads can text when they want a resource from a live webinar and the team can see them all in one place and act quickly. I also love the templates I can create and save to use again for other leads.

Cold prospecting, managing leads, sales process
  • Keeps everything very well organized
  • Doesn't crash
  • Is very rarely running slow when I need it too
  • Making the deals a little more organized
  • The notes can be confusing to keep track of sometimes
  • Adding and labeling different phone numbers
It works really well when trying to track deals and the process of it. It's also very easy to manage specific contacts and merge them to companies as well as if any two companies or deals need to be merged together they easily can be.

We use HubSpot CRM to contact prospects, store data, and analyze data. More specifically, using the template feature and workflow feature to email and contact prospects. Store important data such as prospect info, the software they use, contact info, tasks, emails, calls, etc. As for analyzing data, I've been analyzing my email template analytics to see which emails perform the best. I track how many sends, how many opens, how many replies, how many clicks, and then I analyze the chart analytics from HubSpot. Additionally, I also use the report feature to analyze calls made per week, emails sent per week, contacts created per week, and one more that I can't think of at the moment.
  • Easy to use - self explanatory
  • A lot of tools to use - sales, marketing, data storage, analytics
  • Automation - the ability to send out mass email campaigns with the click of a button
  • I want to be able to save my columns in a specified view
  • After clicking on a filtered company and then returning to company view, the filter shows no companies available so I have to take the filter off and reapply it
HubSpot CRM is perfect for any company that needs to track company information, contact information, and store data on prospect companies and contacts. With that being said, any company that needs to track and analyze sales and marketing should use HubSpot CRM. HubSpot has really helped me learn more about my current industry and sales and marketing as a whole.

Hubspot is used constantly within my organization, it allows us to freely move throughout our deals and tasks with ease. The seamless load times and navigation tolls allow for a user friendly experience no matter your experience with CRM's. I do have to say Hubspot is the best and most simple CRM I have used throughout my career and I would recommend this to any organization looking to revolutionize the way work is done.
  • Organization of Deals, having the ability to move freely between different stages of your deals
  • Blocking numbers automatically when they have made fraudulent calls
  • Having clear pages on the tool bar on the side for a user friendly experience
  • I would like to see more instant recognition when numbers are incorrect, i.e deleting any details which clearly don't align
  • Email load time could be faster on occasions I have to log emails manually then they pop up after an hour
  • Deletion of non active live chats
Hubspot was brilliant when I first started in the organization, it took minimal time for me to become confident looking around Hubspot and after around a week I felt like I had mastered the CRM.

We use HubSpot CRM to manage our various pipelines, including sales, investment, and servicing. It is really easy to integrate with other tools (eg. Outlook) and the automations are strong. We needed to ensure we were keeping track of a large number of leads and keeping in consistent communication with them, and HubSpot CRM enables us to do that effectively.
  • Automations
  • Integration with Outlook
  • Enabling teams to work from the same account
  • Navigation can be confusing/not very user-friendly
  • The pricing structure isn't great - prohibitively expensive too quickly
HubSpot is excellent at managing our sales pipeline. We can easily import contacts, add them to the relevant pipeline, subscribe them to sequences, and automate follow-up. The reporting is also good (though only when you have a premium/business subscription). We get frustrated with the Outlook integration sometimes as you have to log in and out a lot - might be an Outlook problem, though. We also wish it integrated better with monday.com. I would love my HubSpot tasks to appear there.

We use Hubspot CRM for keeping our deals organized and easily tracked, makes it easier for us to accurately forecast the month as well as keeping call notes and using Hubspot sales download for our emails with tracking so we can see how many time they have opened and clicked links.
  • tracks emails with opened and link clicks
  • call directly through Hubspot records miss calls
  • forecast accurately to what the revenue will be for the month
  • the fact it keeps logging out
  • randomly changing forecast
When I'm calling a client and it records the audio so I can write call notes to remember the conversation in the future, making it easier for when I call them back in the future I can talk about where we left off. Helps build a relationship with the customers.

My use of HubSpot is to help supplement and organize my account activities. I have used other CRM tools but have not used a CRM as complete and user friendly as HubSpot.
  • Ease of use
  • Connection to lead and email services
  • Organization
  • Real time activity updates
  • Some features on mobile app not available on laptop
  • More functions for sorting and searching
It is by far the most user friendly CRM, and it can also be quickly integrated for even someone who isn’t tech savvy.

I utilize HubSpot CRM to handle all my leads emails, calls, status and workflows to help me better reach my customers. Being able to know when, and where I have made calls or emails, assigning myself tasks daily so I know what i Need to accomplish is huge to reach my sales goals
  • Template emails
  • Status if the email has been read
  • sending workflow schedule emails out
  • workflow explanation
  • integrations
  • more helpful solutions for training

I am able to keep track of potential clients and streamline my outreach through tasks super easily. The forecasting tool is very helpful as well. It helps me communicate asynchronously with my managers so they have an accurate feel for what revenue I will bring in for the given time period.
  • Task management
  • Forecasting
  • Sequencing
  • Being able to complete more than 25 tasks at once
  • Forecasting for more than one time period
  • Easier email signature editing
For startups with a smaller team and smaller less complex deals, the forecasting tool is perfectly suitable. It is less appropriate once you get to more complex and larger deals with longer sales cycles that require more detail and higher level strategy. Other than that, it does everything you could expect

Our sales team has benefited so much with having contacts being connected to each other in companies and associating them with deals as well. My sales reps love that all of their emails can be tracked and that they can have data for each contact all in one place making it easy to overview all of their contacts and see who hasn't contacted in a while and who they need to contact. There is a learning curve on how to best utilize HubSpot CRM, but I love their new bookmark feature so I can have all of my relevant tabs in one spot! I also love that HubSpot CRM can be treated like an excel table at times but also that it prompts you to enter information in a structured way as well so I can make sure my sales reps are including the information that they need most.
  • Email Tracking
  • Adding new contacts from outlook
  • Organize contacts by rep
  • Contact association is easy
  • A lot of my companies have one URL for a ton of branches and each branch has their own name and location so I have to manually enter all the information because they all have the same URL so I can't easily use an Excel file to import those contacts so a faster solution to this would be appreciated
  • Making Corporate and branch associations is very tedious, it would be nice if the companies that all share the same url would automatically associate with the corporate company so I didn't have to manually do it
  • I would like to not see all the extra feature tabs in my layout because I am not using them so it would be nice to be able to turn them off (even the ones that are in my plan that I don't use, it would be nice to turn them off)
HubSpot CRM is great for maintaining and keeping track of all your contacts and companies in one place. So, if you have a lot of contacts and companies you work with, this tool is perfect! Plus, the HubSpot Outlook integrations work well and my team has loved that they don't have to manually enter the emails for every single contact. Before, we never had a system for maintaining our customer's timeline and when we last contacted them. As we have grown in the last couple years, we can see we may need to add more reps and because all the contact data is on HubSpot CRM, it will make it easier to share contacts with new reps! The only thing that tough with using HubSpot CRM is that it's URL based. Which is nice if you have a lot of companies that have their own websites, but if you have a lot of companies that are branch based and have the same URL, it can get a frustrating because you have to manually let HubSpot CRM know that you aren't making a duplicate company. And since that is the only way to tell if you have duplicates, you may add the same branch twice by mistake.

I use HubSpot CRM as a tool to track leads and sales. In Retail, tracking the progress of deals and the activities related to those deals can be overwhelming once you have 50+ of those deals going at the same time. Then there's the outreach that you do for leads to generate new deals. There are a lot of tasks and activities that happen going into a sale and HubSpot has been very useful for managing all that information.
  • Managing leads and the information you have collected for them
  • Tracking the status of deals
  • Organizing and scheduling tasks
  • API integration for third-party tools
  • Having the relevant information available at a glance
  • Could have a better tutorial that goes more in-depth into customizing the crm
  • Deeper integration with third-party tools
  • More tools to organize notifications
If you have an organization that has to manage a lot of information pertaining to leads and deals, then HubSpot is an excellent tool for your organization. If your business is smaller or less information-dense then it might not be as applicable. Although a tool that manages information is never really a bad thing

Hubspot CRM is used within our organization to manage leads, contacts, emails, and forms with continuous integration across them. HubSpot CRM unifies its sales, marketing, and communication hub in a single dashboard in its CRM. It helps us to efficiently track lead and contact lifecycle. It comes with deal tracking to see its stages and statuses.
  • HubSpot CRM deal tracking and lead lifecycle is really easy to understand and use.
  • Form allows the ability to add 1000 custom fields and unlimited responses.
  • Omni-channel communications using its Inbox functionality. Integrates directly with web chat and email.
  • I think HubSpot's Mobile App offers fairly limited capabilities, and its website on mobile offers way more capabilities but is not optimized for a mobile screen.
  • Several functionalities are dependent on region.
  • For us, paying HubSpot is a real hassle, as it does not support most cards from India after the new RBI mandate.
HubSpot CRM is a great solution for companies interacting with candidates, applicants, clients, and other similar people for various purposes. It is highly useful in collecting information using custom details forms, and then later you can build automation and integrations on them. Apart from this companies, doing deals regularly can use it to track the stages of their deal and its amounts and dates.

We use HubSpot as our sales record-keeping tool alongside a being a report generating system and outreach automation platform as well. It is mainly used by the sales team, but the customer support team also utilizes it to keep up to date with recent outreach as well as contract and deal statuses.
  • CRM
  • Deal tracking and pipeline visualization
  • email automation and sequencing
  • Reporting functionality
  • 3rd party system integration
  • email connection/tracking
  • Support issues that have to be brought to the HubSpot support team are usually not easily resolved
It is good as a relatively basic but user-friendly CRM. It is good as a record keeping log of contacts and companies, as well as any associated deals as well as phone calls and emails that have been sent to those records. It has a reporting function but we find this is limited and not very customizable as well as the support which does not seem to be very helpful.

HubSpot CRM allows us to be organized and effectively help us to track out sales performance as an individual, as a team and as a company level. The ability to export it and being compatible with other softwares are definitely a plus as well.
  • Interface
  • Usability
  • Friendliness
  • Can be even more interactive in UI portion.
  • More customization feature will be great.
Sales based where multiple contracts are happening at the same time. If there isn't sales portion, no point doing it because it doesn't serve much purpose outside of sales.

I use HubSpot similar to other Account Executives I would imagine. We get a large influx of inbound leads that can be complicated to track and keep updated. HubSpot makes it very simple to organize and track all of our inbound sales prospects. Additionally, we have several deals populated weekly. HubSpot makes it very simple to keep track of each prospective client and deal. Overall the templating for outbound emails is great, customer support is very responsive and the Knowledge base is vast. I would say having worked with several CRM I highly recommend HubSpot over others that I have used. The UX is much cleaner and more user-friendly. There is a reason they are taking up more of the market share for this space.
  • Customer Service
  • User Experience
  • Scheduling Links
  • Integration to lead generation technology
  • With regards to scheduling, auto updating calendar times to respective timezones
I think overall it ticks all the boxes in terms of what you are looking for in a CRM platform. I prefer it over Salesforce, Freshsales, etc. I think being a smaller team makes it very manageable to take in all the information from our inbound opportunities. The chat feature and auto contact population are great features as well. I would say if you are dealing with a lot of international clients there is still some work to do with scheduling but outside that, I am very satisfied.

We use it as our main CRM. We track sales deals and customer onboarding status. We also log support tickets that connect to our Jira account. This way, we can see the complete history of the customer.
  • Integrating with multiple platforms.
  • Showing all activity with a customer.
  • Providing ways for us to learn how to best use it.
  • A user friendly interface that is easy and intuitive to navigate.
  • The only thing I would say, which isn't a major thing, is that editing emails in workflows would be better. I'd like to see it have more formatting options, like creating an email from the email options.
In my last position at a SAAS company, I used Salesforce and HATED IT. It was so clunky, and when I used HubSpot, it was like a breath of fresh air. Any company that does customer interactions and sales needs Hubspot. There is a TON of room for customization, which is AMAZING. I don't see anywhere that it wouldn't be a good fit.

I work in B2B SaaS sales, and HubSpot is perfect for managing all the different accounts and their stages in the pipeline. We're able to quickly tell what activity has been done with which leads and set tasks for following up. One of the best features is the ability to log emails into HubSpot from our Gmail accounts and listen to recordings of calls, so we never have to guess what correspondence has gone to a lead.
  • Customized Notifications.
  • Integration with other apps - Slack, Gmail etc.
  • HubSpot Academy.
  • Creating reports could be more straightforward.
Hubspot is a great place to hold all the information; if it ever goes down (which is rare), we would be completely lost as a sales team.

I use Hubspot as my primary tool. It tells me the sales calls I must make daily via the tasks board. It also keeps me organized by creating high, medium, and low-priority tabs. My organization assigns leads to these tabs. I can then manage my time effectively. I use it to make phone calls via integrations like Twillio. It is beneficial to log calls and record them as well. Overall, it's a great resource to keep all my notes for leads and call recordings in one organized place. I like the reports dashboard as well. It helps me track my call numbers daily and the meetings I've booked. The filters make it easy to select the times I want to view.
  • Calling and keeping a call log with recordings.
  • Reports dashboard with detailed filters.
  • Taskboard to organize time.
  • The Hubspot calling could incorporate more regions like Middle Eastern countries, for instance.
It's great for sales professionals like BDRs who make calls daily and need a place to track their calls. It's a good solution for incorporating analytics into your sales activities.

I use it in b2b and b2c deals, and all in all, so far, it's too good as we have different states and filters to track the data. We can segregate accordingly. The only problem I face is we can't segregate the date into DNP, not answering and not answering from the beginning. These stages are not there so at least we can keep the deal accordingly.
  • Deal stages if we have to compare what customer is doing.
  • And track the records of the day by the use of filters.
  • We have two views to view the data one is in stages wise and and one view all deals together that's what I like.
  • So, basically, if we create any filter and save it into a new sheet of CRM, it will automatically get deleted after a few days. This needs to be improved.
  • As I've mentioned before, deal stages can also be easier to access for DNPs, not answering ones, and on hold ones so that we don't have to call them again.
  • We can also improve the CRM part. Although it's still a bit complicated to understand at first, we can make it easy to use.
So there was a deal I was not able to find in all pipelines, basically in all deals view. Then I shifted it to a deals stages-wise view. It helped me understand how many deals I have in follow-up stages to keep following up on time. I will not miss any follow-ups, especially the ones that are very important to take. So that's what I like about HubSpot: they have views.

As an online education company, we require streamlined processes and data flow to operate efficiently. Hubspot supports our lead generation/nurture, student communication, data integration with other management software, and revenue tracking. This allows our staff to utilize automation and templates to quickly complete their daily tasks while providing students with a streamlined enrolment process. • Logging of communication to easily refer back to previous emails/calls/etc, including call recording, which is also useful for compliance and training.
  • Different subscription options allow more personalized use of features instead of Sales, Marketing, or Service.
Hubspot has allowed us to automate our Sales contact process, making it easier for our staff to communicate with prospective students, log all communication, and follow an individual's journey in our lead nurture process. We can better monitor and track staff performance via analytic tools and company performance through revenue tracking, which gives us a clear snapshot of current sales and forecasting. It has also assisted us in connecting data between platforms via native integrations, reducing the volume of manual data entry and freeing up staff to operate more efficiently.

We use HubSpot CRM to track everything with our clients. I am notified of every email that goes in and out, and it keeps me perfectly up to date on where my clients are in the purchasing process.
  • Tracks communication between clients
  • Adaptable in how it organizes information
  • Reporting performance related data
  • Better automated task functionality
  • Having one window you can operate out of, I typically need multiple tabs open to work efficiently.
HubSpot CRM excels in allowing me to stay up to date on my clients. I am notified of every email, note, and task that is put on contacts I am following. This keeps me aware throughout the day of where I can best utilize my time and attention. I wish there was a more easily customizable automated task system, to follow up thoroughly when needed.
