Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I am able to keep track of potential clients and streamline my outreach through tasks super easily. The forecasting tool is very helpful as well. It helps me communicate asynchronously with my managers so they have an accurate feel for what revenue I will bring in for the given time period.

  • Being able to complete more than 25 tasks at once
  • Forecasting for more than one time period
  • Easier email signature editing
  • I am much more efficient with my time
  • I know where to focus my time too
It is really quite easy to use. Just a couple of things that are a little funky sometimes. Things like reporting loading every few minutes. Nothing substantial really to mention outside of the small stuff like that. I find it otherwise intuitive and like the way it is all laid out
I have not used any other CRMs in the past. I am a HubSpot CRM native. Wish I could provide more feedback here but I guess I am lucky to have only used HubSpot CRM!

Yes

For startups with a smaller team and smaller less complex deals, the forecasting tool is perfectly suitable. It is less appropriate once you get to more complex and larger deals with longer sales cycles that require more detail and higher level strategy. Other than that, it does everything you could expect
