Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

My use of HubSpot is to help supplement and organize my account activities. I have used other CRM tools but have not used a CRM as complete and user friendly as HubSpot.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Connection to lead and email services
  • Organization

Cons

  • Real time activity updates
  • Some features on mobile app not available on laptop
  • More functions for sorting and searching
  • Positive impact because of ease of use
  • Mobile app is handy
  • Helps maintain goals
  • Tracking
I have used Zoho and Salesforce… I would not put them in the same category as HubSpot because of the ease of use and the many different features and functions

It is by far the most user friendly CRM, and it can also be quickly integrated for even someone who isn’t tech savvy.
