Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We utilize HubSpot CRM in both Sales and Operations. It helps us organize our communication efforts with our prospects and customers. On-time follow ups are a big value adds as well as managing deals.

I think its a reliable CRM. Very user-friendly for anybody that is new to CRMs as well as robust enough for someone who needs a lot of configuration.
