Hubspot CRM is awesome
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot CRM for keeping our deals organized and easily tracked, makes it easier for us to accurately forecast the month as well as keeping call notes and using Hubspot sales download for our emails with tracking so we can see how many time they have opened and clicked links.
Pros
- tracks emails with opened and link clicks
- call directly through Hubspot records miss calls
- forecast accurately to what the revenue will be for the month
Cons
- the fact it keeps logging out
- randomly changing forecast
I haven't used any other systems wasn't an option to click non
