Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to manage our various pipelines, including sales, investment, and servicing. It is really easy to integrate with other tools (eg. Outlook) and the automations are strong. We needed to ensure we were keeping track of a large number of leads and keeping in consistent communication with them, and HubSpot CRM enables us to do that effectively.

Pros

Cons

  • Navigation can be confusing/not very user-friendly
  • The pricing structure isn't great - prohibitively expensive too quickly
  • I can comfortably manage thousands of prospects across multiple aspects of the business - sales, investment, servicing, PR.
I really love HubSpot CRM. Sometimes there are things it does and I think 'wow' that is so impressive. Then, there are things it doesn't do and I think 'how/why'?! I love how much info is pulled in on each contact, for example. However, I get frustrated with the pipeline view once it gets into the thousands as you can't see everything. I also think it is prohibitively expensive too quickly. I like the new layout, but I don't actually think it has done anything to really improve where things are and how to navigate the user journey.
We don't actually use Monday's CRM, we use their project management. However, something that monday.com does better than HubSpot is its task layout and visible team access. To be honest, we would love a good integration between them both so we can use HubSpot's CRM, and Monday's project management.

HubSpot is excellent at managing our sales pipeline. We can easily import contacts, add them to the relevant pipeline, subscribe them to sequences, and automate follow-up. The reporting is also good (though only when you have a premium/business subscription). We get frustrated with the Outlook integration sometimes as you have to log in and out a lot - might be an Outlook problem, though. We also wish it integrated better with monday.com. I would love my HubSpot tasks to appear there.
