Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has been a tremendous sales tool in keeping and monitoring daily marketing efforts. I find it more advantageous and useful than that of Salesforce CRM. Great platform

Pros

  • ability to house and keep client/prospect information
  • ability to connect to social media outlets such as LinkedIn
  • captures client/prospect business model, background and financial records
  • layout and user friendly format of CRM outstanding

Cons

  • completely satisfied
  • definitely a positive when it comes to ROI
  • Has improve sales tremendously

HubSpot has become my right hand in day to day marketing efforts. I can imagine a day without the assistance this CRM provides; in regards to follow up, last contact made, next step processes and weekly calendar events.
