Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM as our main dialer and CRM tool. All cases are stored here and all marketing information that we get from the leads are also stored in HubSpot CRM. We also send emails here. Our Docusign is also integrated here so contracts are also being sent via this CRM.

- Dialer. Making calls are sometimes having issues.
- Integration to other tools such as Aloware and docusign
- Reporting can sometimes be difficult
- Im not really involved with this side of the business but based from my observation, revenues and some financial areas of the business are being handled and covered easily via HubSpot CRM
- From what I know, there is clearer visibility in terms of expenses in marketing
- It provides a better understanding in terms of revenue and marketing forecasting
Well, first of, its my client who chose this for us. But based from my previous experience with other CRMs, HubSpot CRM by far has all of it in one tool. Very promising and really has the potential to be the source of all resolutions to problems with data collection, marketing strategies, forecasting and call center.
