It is beneficial in the sense that we can record any calls from sales or marketing, and they are visible to everyone else who goes and looks at that contact or company record. This helps both teams stay aligned and on the same page as we coordinate outreach and timelines for delivering services.

I work pretty closely with my marketing team and I feel our communication is very good with HubSpot. I think the ability to get updates on drip campaigns and missing field values really adds value to the communication from sales to the marketing team.

It has improved it dramatically - the current battle is getting sales people to move away from their notebooks and to log everything in HubSpot so it's all on record.

Before HubSpot Marketing and Sales were quite separate. We now have a new relationship with the team where we help lead their efforts through HubSpot by continually supporting them with marketing campaigns and lead generation.

With in-person events, we can bring together the event and the opportunities using HubSpot as the central point for lead data and progress.

With everything being done under one roof (HubSpot), Sales and Marketing are more often on the same page than they used to be in the past. This means that they are more aware of what the other team is doing and what the expectations are. The Sales team knows now which customer has been reached out to by the marketing giants, which helps them in their prep for that call.

HubSpot is the highway between sales and marketing. The reporting and data make it easy for marketing to see what is working and what needs to be tweaked. It's easy to customize, so changes can made and implemented in real-time.

There is not a strict link between marketing activities and sales activities in my company, probably it is our limit but i would say that HubSpot helps us just with email marketing and reminding to sales teams to do tasks about marketing activities, but except for that i do not know how it can help us

I have been able to create lead lists and organize them by whichever way we are planning to attack our leads, such as by date last called, geographical location, etc. I have set up templated emails for our agents to use while contacting potential customers and reaching out in the most effective way. I can track progress and agents' production and set tasks to remind us of what to do and when.

It has allowed sales and marketing to have a great overview of what is happening with each department with regard to prospects. We can also track this outreach and easily leave notes where we can @ each other to let them know of any updates or important information. It has been a game-changer.

HubSpot has done wonders for that alignment. The other team can easily input any info one team needs into the CRM. The marketing team can easily input what activities the sales team needs to accomplish and what to do with it, while the sales team can quickly input any information the marketing team needs.

There is so much more communication between the two. Since you can see who has been contacted via either the sales or marketing teams, you can change your tasks based of that. This way we're not overwhelming the prospecting with tons of emails and texts for that day.

Sales and marketing is 100% on the same page now. We are able to have a 30,000-foot view of all of our sales reps efforts, where they are at in the sales funnel, and any essential info or data that needs to be saved to each client and prospect.
