Brightmine has been instrumental in our annual policy updates and to create new policies. As legislation changes every year, Brightmine provides easy to locate updates, templates and suggestions for us to use to stay compliant.

Its a good place to double check as a resource to see if there is any relevant information on there, or law updates.

It's helped us manage sickness better and making dismissals safer. It also allowed us to ensure our contractual terms and conditions are up to date with the latest information. The employment law updates and policy updates have allowed us to be ahead of the game when it comes to processes. for example the recent maternity changes have been really helpful.

Brightmine has been providing accurate and reliable employment law, practice guidance on developing policies, implementing processes, and other HR topics which I have found to be very helpful. This has helped in our compliance as we are ensuring that our documents and policies are up to date to align with the latest regulations.

We have a very small legal team that provides us with support and so using Brightmine reduces the lower level queries needing to go through that team as we are able to access advice ourselves. This also speeds up case resolution as we arent having to wait for input from other parties

As a specialist team, the platform is not particularly suited to us in this way, as much of the information is already well-known and established by a group of senior professionals. However, it is useful for our junior team members who are just getting started in their careers or who have little practical experience with them.

Brightmine allows us to ensure that our policies and templates are legally compliant and fully up to date. The regular newsletters ensure we get advance notice of upcoming changes to legislation, etc., that might otherwise have been missed.

These resources have improved our compliance, at least from my personal use, by providing guidance in clear, brief formats. This reduces error in understanding.

The policy templates are very good and are useful to refer to during annual updates to ensure that we haven't missed any new developments etc.

XpertHR has given additional confidence to the HR team to back up their recommendations which are submitted at Board level. I use their resources in every HR Board Report that I create, and have contacted their legal advice line to provide a back up to the advice I am providing.

We are kept up to date on regulations and compliance requirement. It aids our organization by providing invaluable insights. Was particularly handy during COVID time when things were new and forever changing. They helped with subjects from simple tasks such as remote work policies to more complex challenges.

We have found that the template letters have been an excellent tool as they provide all the "has to include" elements such as employees being accompanied and right to appeal. The template letters have all these built in so there's need to double check best practice.

We take confidence that the information is always up to date, and it is helpful to also be able to plan ahead with the information available on pending changes too.
