We use Brightmine as a trusted source of up to date employment law/legislation reference material. We also us the example policy templates when reviewing existing policies or seeking to introduce new ones. Additionally, the line manager training guides are a really helpful source of information that help to provide a starting point when we are seeking to train people managers and communicate policies, policy changes and to highlight roles and responsibilities.
