We use Brightmine as a source of information on people related topics. Most prominently to find templates and understand employment legislation. We use it to address employee relations issues as well as knowledge share within our People team and with management.

We use Brightmine to access templates for a number or ER matters such as letters, reports etc. We review the example policies and procedures to ensure that ours are in line with the industry standard and best practice. We use data and reports to benchmark current practices i.e. gender pay gap.

I use Brightmine for HR advice. I often refer to it for legal changes, updating policies or clauses for contracts. I particularly like the letter templates from the library which helps enable us to ensure that we are being as compliant as we can. I don't have access to the employment law part although that would be very useful. I like the analytics and the template training sessions which is super helpful when I have to share information with the managers within the business.

We use it to be informed of any new government policy updates and changes and to be updated about change in templates, letter formats to be used to communicate to staff etc. It is also used for developing content for training our staff and for researching on any policy and legal regulations and implications.

Brightmine is regularly used within our team to access employment law advice and information on best practice. We deal with a broad array of HR advice and casework often coming across issues that are new to us that we haven't dealt with before. The letter templates provided also save us so much time as although we have a suite of templates for common case types there are times we find we would have to draft something new from scratch but the templates available in Brightmine help to speed this up saving us time

Across OCL the PD team has access to XPERTHR for multiple purposes. I myself find the letter templates and forms great if we need a template that includes key elements which allows me to change certain parts. The emails are always useful in terms of new legislation and updates to be aware of. Along with the suite of research and resources on the website.

Our organisation uses XpertHR for a number of things from benchmarking HR data, employment law services, upskilling line managers, the HR team use this for a sense check and our Governance team uses this for sense checking.

The problems the business has which are addressed with Xpert HR are that we are able to ensure legal compliance with employment practices.

We use the HR template letters and wording. These are used for a variety of scenarios and it is good to know they are available to us. We have used this for Shared Parental Leave and TUPE queries, and it is incredibly useful for more complex questions. We have used the benchmarking and surveys. These are very informative in respect of Enhanced Maternity Pay and Sick Pay.

We use Brightmine to benchmark our salaries to ensure we remain attractive as an employer. We participate in salary surveys to contribute to the overall picture of HE earnings, with best-practice equity at the heart of all we do. Brightmine is a trusted and well-used tool.

I use the platform to review precedents, best practices, and various articles before making decisions in my organization. When reviewing policies, I often use Brightmine as a checker before publishing changes. International options are also helpful for a multinational organization. It is a valuable tool and particularly insightful for the more junior members of our team.

Brightmine is an excellent resource for supplementing and growing the knowledge of the People team. It gives us quick and easy answers to challenges we may not have faced before. The salary benchmarking tool is excellent for understanding where to pitch new roles and ensuring we're competitive with existing roles.

I used Brightmine within my organization to inform policy creation, training, and best practices - ranging from well-being, grievance, health, and hybrid work. I also use Brightmine to tell my learning and development. It can be a beneficial training tool. It is also helpful for industry benchmarking. It is often useful for project work to help learn quickly.

We use Brightmine for a few purposes: to benchmark ourselves against other organisations, to read up on various HR topics and to help keep us abreast of what is happening in the external market. A number of people in the organisation have a licence. For example, HR business partners and the reward team.

It's mainly used to sense check during ER issues and to use templates for policies/training materials.

I use this service to gain clarity on legislation and also for policy templates and Line Manager training. There is a comprehensive framework with flow charts which can guide you through any process. I have utilised this service for three years and will continue to do so within my HR career.

I use Brightmine to draft new policies and procedures, to check how to complete procedures and for updates on new employment legislation.

We use Brightmine to gather information on pertinent ER issues. It enables us to address the ER-related problems in a broad variety of ways providing exercises that will demonstrate learners knowledge and allow us to gauge where there are gaps. We thoroughly enjoy the broad range of subject matters covered in a way that makes it accessible to all.

We are a small team with lots of strategic HR projects that take time and resource. We are still building the foundations and don't have all the policies and processes in place that we need so XpertHR enables us to swiftly plug the gaps. In addition, in our team of 4 only I have HR experience, background and qualifications although others are studying towards it so this is a temporary situation but when I am away from the business, XpertHR gives the team the back up and confidence they need to deal with things in my absence. We have a small number of employees in the US so I have the US version too.

Utilized by our HR staff for various needs such us keeping up with regulatory requirements. They are a reliable source for current regulatory updates. Love the constant alerts and personalized notifications. We can proactively adapt policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Brightmine is an excellent "one stop shop" of HR resource, from updates on HR legislation to HR theory and a very large library of templates and other resources. This helps the team to maintain a systematic and uniform approach to providing an HR service in the knowledge that they are backed up by current best practice.
