Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

In general terms, I use the following services most frequently: Recent case law (for seeing how the law has been changing) Upcoming legislative changes (to help timetable the future of legislation into our company) Best practice examples (to go above and beyond the basic legislative requirements) Legal advice line (for confidential support)

XpertHR has given additional confidence to the HR team to back up their recommendations which are submitted at Board level. I use their resources in every HR Board Report that I create, and have contacted their legal advice line to provide a back up to the advice I am providing.
Useful for creating new policies and strategies with cited examples to build from. I have used several of their examples to refresh our company policies, or construct brand new policies, which has been very helpful, rather than starting with a blank canvas. It helps us keep up to date with forthcoming changes in legislation.

XpertHR is useful for keeping up to date with employment law changes, which is helpful for timetabling in the scenarios we need to be aware of for the future. It provides recent case law examples, which are helpful for seeing how legislation is applied in a tribunal, and for general guidance on best practice and the like. The legal advice line has been helpful with answering questions I have had on the application of certain legislation, although more detailed responses would be appreciated.
