Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

It's mainly used to sense check during ER issues and to use templates for policies/training materials.

Pros

  • Training for line managers-this is very good
  • Employment changes eg. the April updates

Cons

  • More around case law developments
  • Saved costs as we spend less on external legal advice
The policy templates are very good and are useful to refer to during annual updates to ensure that we haven't missed any new developments etc.
The employment law updates are useful.

Mainly for sense checking an approach, for example in a redundancy situation, ensuring that we're following correct process and any particular scenarios we should be aware of.
Training for line managers and employees on key HR issues/line manager issues. Accompanying power point is great to adapt for own company use.
