Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the HR template letters and wording. These are used for a variety of scenarios and it is good to know they are available to us. We have used this for Shared Parental Leave and TUPE queries, and it is incredibly useful for more complex questions. We have used the benchmarking and surveys. These are very informative in respect of Enhanced Maternity Pay and Sick Pay.

They ensure we are up to date at all times. They allow us to do a quick "sense check". It is all in one place so there is no need to consult multiple sources.

It is an excellent reference point The update emails are particularly useful. We use then to keep pace with changes in HR and Employment Law.

We had a query regarding the interaction between Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave and Shared Parental Leave. This was quite a complex issue. The legal helpline answered this quickly and provided complete clarification. We were very pleased with the service.
