Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use it to be informed of any new government policy updates and changes and to be updated about change in templates, letter formats to be used to communicate to staff etc. It is also used for developing content for training our staff and for researching on any policy and legal regulations and implications.

Brightmine has been providing accurate and reliable employment law, practice guidance on developing policies, implementing processes, and other HR topics which I have found to be very helpful. This has helped in our compliance as we are ensuring that our documents and policies are up to date to align with the latest regulations.
It has helped in improving knowledge and awareness of any key government reforms such as the flexible working reforms of April 2024. It helped to be updated in terms of the key changes to the policy, updating the flexible request forms and addressing any staff queries and was found to be helpful.
