  • gives sample / template policies and letters
  • gives up to date advice
  • great search facility

Cons

  • can't think of any to be be honest
  • definitely saved time on research
  • definitely mitigated risk
compliance has been positively impacted as we we are able to double check our understanding of the law
you can sign up to links of things you are interested in and you then receive regular email links, which keep you up to date with changes in the law for example

XpertHR is well suited as a support tool for HR profession and good to double check things and would also be great for line managers in organisations that don't have any dedicated HR staff
