I think Webex Meetings is well suited for any organization, regardless of vertical, employee count, etc. It's simple to use, offers the best audio and video quality that I have experienced, and easy to manage in Control Hub. Whether on a Cisco device, my laptop, or cell phone, the audio and video quality is always great and the noise cancellation is incredibly beneficial for working at home, from the car, for a hotel or coffee shop, anywhere.

When working in a team to solve problems in the support area. The sharing screen feature is very good to show the problem and help other users to solve. It is possible to know whether the user has already read the message and whether they are already evaluating the reported situation, for example. Easy to sign in, mobile app, pc app and web browser versions are all good. Choice of blurred backgrounds are all good also. When you press 'leave meeting'' the system also asks if you are sure you want to leave the meeting which I also very good, given in teams I have left a couple of times by accident.

In my opinion Webex Meetings is good just have to meetings. And also it seems Cisco uses it well for their webinars but in our use cases it not user-friendly at all. I have experienced Google, Microsoft and Zoom meeting solutions as well. I would certainly prefer another solution than Webex Meetings because it is not user-friendly.

I think basic meetings are great for Webex Meetings. Best when there is less sharing, or only 1 presentation sharing with no sharing multiple documents or whiteboards. I also think it's less appropriate when there are multiple breakout rooms, or where there is a need for creating different types of breakout rooms that need to be created.

Webex Meetings works really well in remote team collaboration, client calls, and online training. It displays communication, presentations, and engagement across locations. However, for brainstorming sessions, complex negotiations, or situations requiring quick decisions, the in-person format might be preferable due to the importance of nonverbal cues and real-time interaction and it could not replace physical meetings.

It's really suitable for collaboration. If one enterprise is still working on a hybrid model or remote model, they will need a meeting app, and Webex Meetings is a great option for that. It has all the great features such as call recording and screen or data sharing. Its integration with Calendar makes sure you don't forget or miss any of your meetings.

Webex Meetings, in my opinion, is very well suited if you want to host meetings with loads of people as it has some really good features, such as access control, user-based permissions, controlling mic, etc. I have also noticed when people are across different continents, it still manages to work smoothly.
