Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex Meetings for most of our team's communications in or outside of office.

Pros

  • Easy to setup a meeting
  • Good sound/video quality
  • Quick way to call someone

Cons

  • Not easy to create a quick chat with multiple users
  • Sometimes it's not easy to find a particular person
  • Not as widely used outside of our environment

Easy to use. Good voice/video meetings we use it all the time amount our team. It is only for internal use. But using it to call outside phone numbers are also very quick and easy.
