I am a current user of WebEx Meetings. I am using it right now as a Business development associate for meetings and coordination. High-quality audio and video quality is the most noticeable thing for me. As a Business development associate, I need to connect with people outside of my organisation.Webex meeting is my first choice to represent myself virtually.

Pros

Easy user interface which makes it superior.

Cons

Few features difficult for a new user.
Free edition has limited features.
Pricing can be lesser.

It help me in making first impressions with clients.
Pricing can be lesser but for the feature available I think it is in budget.

In my position, I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to meet with clients, prospects, and colleagues within the organization. It really is essential to my job in sales day today. To start, we use WebEx meetings to collaborate with our sales team, business units, as well as corporate training. On the sales side, I use WebEx meetings to schedule virtual appointments, calls, demos, etc. with prospective buyers or existing clients to discuss their accounts. This is valuable as it allows multiple parties to join the session and allows me to speak & share content.

Pros

Allows for sharing content, making annotations, customizable presentation.
Allows for group trainings and call in which a lot of attendees are required.
Performs well for team meetings and quick communication via audio & video.

Cons

At times, the meeting audio/video can get glitchy if there are a lot of attendees online and using bandwidth.
Sometimes, it is hard for my prospects to join the meeting without downloading software or can't get the audio to work for some reason.
Hard to navigate attendees while presenting yourself.

Year over year sales growth even during the COVID period and transitioning to Work From Home.
Defining an onboarding process for new hires virtually as well as increased team collaboration in a remote environment.
Higher productivity and saving time as I do more meetings online as opposed to in person. Less time is wasted and worked as a result.

Webex is our primary collaboration platform. We use Webex Meetings for any and everything, ranging from collaboration between teammates for their daily work, to weekly team meetings, to large Town Hall type meetings. We have a very large Hybrid Workforce and Webex allows us to keep in touch with each other and ensures our caregivers can give our patients the best care possible.

Pros

Security is top of mind and Webex is an Industry Leader in this category
Crisp video and audio makes it easy for workers to work from anywhere
AI Assistant and Transcription Services make it easy to be fully engaged in the meeting and not get sidetracked with note taking

Cons

Webex could be easier to join if you don't have the app installed
Mobile integration with Carplay could be better
Easier to navigate through the meetings app

We use the software to conduct video conferences with our architectural teams, conduct virtual design reviews and presentations to our clients and stakeholders, ensure real-time project communication and collaboration and conduct collaborative drawing and designing of structures in a shared virtual canvas. The software allows us to work from anywhere. It is also fully customizable and allows personalisation.

The software is very effective when it comes to presenter control management and allows screen recording.
Availability of two way audio and video.

Cons

Buffering of the software has become normal especially when a conference has many people.
The software has limited integration options.

We mainly used Webex during the COVID-19 pandemic as it was our main form of communication and work development. It was predominantly used on a daily basis in which we would stage meetings, informational sessions, role development programs and daily wrap ups to revise what we had worked on throughout the day.
