Webex Meetings is a game-changer product for our hybrid and remote team employees. It helps us stay connected with each other, doing scrum calls, client demos, and meetings. Easy to share data via this application is seamless and secure. As well as allowing us to integrate other tools like Slido for adding quizzes and feedback during the calls or meetings. No doubt Webex meetings provide wonderful audio as well as video quality with no latency or background disturbance. User Interface is fabulous and smooth.

During events we play the slido integration to generate customer feedback, quiz and reports. Cisco Webex Meetings is also used in Cisco room and board generating a single Cisco ecosystem that is also integrated with Microsoft Teams

Webex Meetings gives smooth experience in our client calls and connected our remote employees with each other and collaborate for better productivity. It has real time transcription feature that works very efficiently and accurately. It improves our remote employees productivity and as well as easy to connect with our international clients for requirements understanding. It has superb audio/video quality with almost zero latency. Easy to do recording, screen sharing and system acesss very easily without any hassle.

- Mobile apps makes ease of use but it consume too much system memory.

We started used Webex Meetings during transition of Skype to MS Teams as we were facing few issues, Webex Meetings is a cloud based video conferencing platform for team collaboration across locations. The Platform is easy to use and simpler to understand, this is very helpful if we have to conduct any townhall or large scale trainings internally or via a third party vendors

- Very high Video and Audio quality
- Secure connection as its end to end encrypted
- Meeting recordings and transcripts can be easily enabled and stored
Cons
- The premium features cost is expensive
- The interface is a little complex when compared with other tools
- Largely depends upon the User network and if the bandwidth is low the quality is very poor

In our organization we use we Webex Meetings for client calls or daily team calls. In our organization mostly people do remote work, so it really helps to connect with them and collaborate. They also provide many impressive features like noise removal which is quite impressive for important client calls and meetings. They also provide real-time translations that is quite impressive for me.

- Not very smooth experience when I use it in my mobile phone

We can also do promotion of the our sponsors by simply adding the background in our meetings. We can record the session for future as well. We are totally happy & satisfied with this solution.
