Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I am a current user of WebEx Meetings. I am using it right now as a Business development associate for meetings and coordination. High-quality audio and video quality is the most noticeable thing for me. As a Business development associate, I need to connect with people outside of my organisation.Webex meeting is my first choice to represent myself virtually.

Pros

  • Easy user interface which makes it superior.

Cons

  • Few features difficult for a new user.
  • Free edition has limited features.
  • Pricing can be lesser.
  • It help me in making first impressions with clients.
  • Pricing can be lesser but for the feature available I think it is in budget.

I didn't find any. I have worked hybrid for approximately one year, and WebEx is the best thing that I have.

The first reason is the ease of use and availability, which makes WebEx work for all. The quality of audio and video is adorable. As a business development associate, I must make an impression on the other side, and WebEx helps me make first impressions. A few features are complex for new users but can be resolved.

Their ease of use and utility is greater than other tool in the market. As we are talking about hybrid model it is very crucial to select a right tool to communicate and the Cisco products are the best .some of are low maintenance and low in price
