Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We use the Webex Meetings inside our organization for our meetings for
more than 5 years. I saw a great improvement over the years that helped to have a very good experience for the users. It's a very fast app which provides clear audio in the session and also provides the noise reduction
technology.

Pros

- Easy to use and implement to the users in the company
- Very good integration with Slido to provide polls
- Very good control during the meeting to invite more people and also lock the meeting if needed
Cons
- The chat feature need to be improved
- When using the background image, the software sometimes inform that is a high CPU usage that cold impact the meeting quality. This do not happen in the other meetings software in the same notebook
- When in a meeting and chat messages do not have option to upload image or documents
- Easy to use, bring to the company quality to the meetings
- A very good meeting with tools, like polls, help to reach the objectives
- The noise reduction and audio quality has a good impact to show to our customers the quality of our job

When we starting to implement the hybrid work, the security matter was the top of our concerns. We start to use Meraki to VPNs and also DUO to implement the 2 step authorization. Also, we already use the Webex Meetings app and Webex App that brings a very good integration to the users.
Use Webex App daily in the company. The users look in the app to talk to every user inside the directory. It has a very good impact and makes the Webex Meetings as a standard place to collaboration and to the meetings (Internal and External). A very good app impacts our job and our image to the customers.
Is good to have the Cisco brand supporting our Hybrid. In daily tasks, it is very good to have the Webex App, which is easy to use and also runs in the Cisco Cloud. When a user need to change the notebook is very ease to install and login again to see the same messages and meetings.
It is easier to use, more fast to open, have better audio and control the noise reduction technology. Also bring the polls with the Slido, that is very good. In mobile sessions is fast to transfer the user to a desktop meeting and vice versa without impacting the quality of the meeting.
