Slido is used in tandem with our Webex meetings. It’s nice it can be embedded into the meeting easily and provide feedback on topics discussed, answer polls, and allow attendees to ask questions easily.

Slido can also be accessed via QR code easily, allowing quick responses for those attending that may not be using Webex

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Slido to interact with TV and Radio audiences: the host sometimes invites people to ask questions, give feedback, and participate in a quiz. Occasionally we would also conduct UX surveys as it is a platform that the audience already knows. We love that it supports local languages and is really easy to implement into a workflow.

  • In a poll with 2 simple questions, I would like to have an option to show all results (not just of the one, selected).
  • Support for Powerpoint on Mac is still missing, I think....

  • Some radio shows sponsors started investing more if a contract includes a live Slido quiz for the radio audience. 100 listeners attending live is already a cool radio format...
