Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Scheduling meetings is easy and intuitive in addition to having great integration between Outlook. Chat works very well, messages rarely hang, but I believe this could be related to our internal network. The video calls have great voice and sound quality, the noise filters work very well, the only bad factor is in relation to the headset as sometimes I use it via Bluetooth and other times via USB, sometimes I need to go to the Webex Meetings settings adjust because the software does not seem to fetch from the default windows settings. The integrations with other software works well, I use the Slido and the timer in some presentations and they help a lot with interactions during meetings.

  • Replies in chat create conversation subsections, but sometimes the message is too far up, so I see that there is a message but I don't know where it is. So I have to scroll up to find.
  • The video calls - sometimes I use it via Bluetooth and other times via USB than I need to go to the Webex Meetings settings adjust because the software does not seem to fetch from the default windows settings.
  • It could be possible to send audio messages through Windows as well as on the iPhone.

Emails often fill the inbox, taking longer to interact. Instant messages are delivered immediately, allowing for faster and more dynamic interaction. It is possible to know whether the user has already read the message and whether they are already evaluating the reported situation, for example. Users receive notifications in real time, ensuring that urgent messages are seen and responded to quickly.
