- SAP knows when it's your birthday! It helps the store send special surprises, like extra products or discounts, to make your birthday even more special. It's like a big birthday party with lots of purchases!
- Fixing Problems Fast.. Means it knows when a product is broken and automatically helps users order a new fix of their product.

- I find the interface a bit complex and challenging to navigate. I remember having difficultly grasping it completely especially when I was new to the system. Simplifying the user experience would make it more accessible for everyone, making tasks quicker and more intuitive.

Less suited: Stores Where People Don’t Hang Out Much: Like Some places, like hardware stores or gas stations, don’t have a lot of chitchat with customers. If people just come in, buy something, and go, there might not be a big need for SAP. It’s like having a super detailed map when you’re only going a few blocks—you don’t really need all the fancy features.
