PandaDoc helps us get contracts out to customers for our SLG product. The product enables our sales team to update and edit contracts per the agreed terms with the customer and allows our finance team to approve customer contracts.

  • the approval functionality is lacking. there are limited approval workflows which can make it difficult if a contract is highly customized

We utilize PandaDoc to sign all of our service agreements with our new clients. Not only the service agreements but also our agreements such as recurring payments, our transportation agreements as well. We also have our new hires to sign offer letters and job descriptions before they start employment. We have been using PandaDoc for over 5 years and we really enjoy it.

We use PandaDoc primarily for the e-signature functionality it provides. It is part of many workflows requiring a validated signature, such as external and government forms.
  • Simple to import an existing pdf.
  • Easy to complete a form.

  • The workflow functionality is limited.
  • Doesn't integrate with sources of data.
  • Forms can't be edited once initiated.
PandaDoc is well-suited to simple document signing with single or multiple parties involved. Contracts, waivers, etc., are perfect in this tool. Pandadoc is unsuited for situations where multiple parties can modify the form or the routing is variable.

We use PandaDoc to send documents to our partners. These documents are to update their accounts and require signature. We use PandaDoc to create the templates, and then we use its integration with HubSpot to send the documents for signature. There are about four people on our team that use it on a regular basis.

It is so easy to create templates and then send them as documents for signature. It's helpful that our whole team can see the documents so that we all know what still needs to be sent. We use the HubSpot integration which is helpful, but it could use some additional development.

PandaDoc has been our key partner in creating contractual agreements for our friends in the health and fitness industry. Its smooth integration with HubSpot allows us to easily create contracts within new deals and send them to the intended client. Its autofill features that pull contact information from HubSpot into PandaDoc make writing agreements super convenient. Overall, PandaDoc is a beneficial platform that I recommend to all businesses. I also love how it notifies you of your client's stage in the signing and payment process. That's right, you can collect payment from PandaDoc as well!

Creating contracts and collecting payments are one and two reasons you should work with PandaDoc—verified signatures with time stamps that are certified and legally binding. Ultimately, the integration with HubSpot is also very much needed.

I use PandaDoc to create forms for businesses that want to work with us. It helps us make a customized contract without having to individualize it every time. With the forms I can put in fields we need and when the signer fills it out it is done without having to do it for every contract. I hope they expand more features with forms because we use it often.

  • I think the help chat is hard to find. I try reading the documents but they don't cover what I want.

We use PandaDoc to store contract templates for MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and various other client-facing agreements. We also use PandaDoc for e-signatures, both inside our organization and with third-party signatories. Whenever a document needs to be signed by someone within our organization, we turn to PandaDoc to ensure signatures are collected quickly and efficiently.

I really appreciate PandaDoc's e-signature capabilities. It is so easy to upload a document, add the text to fill in blank fields, and send the documents to one or multiple other parties for s-signatures. It is so simple to add the signature field, and I love that PandaDoc automatically sends emails after a party has signed. It makes tracking the signature process and progress so much easier!

It is really helpful to have an expiration and to share the documents with multiple parties. However our donor documents need to be signed in person so we prefer to not use PandaDoc for those patients

We use PandaDoc to send legal documents that need e-signature to individuals, send secure documents with personal information, and will likely use the new Rooms feature in the future for onboarding. It is also used to send promissory notes. With the new features, we may expand the scope of what we will use PandaDoc for.

PandaDoc is great for a team to send legal documents that need signatures. It is also a great platform that has many new features being added each quarter. If you find yourself doing certain tasks often, like sending batch documents, you may need to pay more, so looking around for the best deal is necessary. PandaDoc has a good user interface and good customer service.

I would like to see rich text functionality for the text that is included with emailed documents, and I believe greater visibility into teammates documents would be helpful.

Our team utilizes PandaDoc on a daily basis to create, distribute, and manage business documents. PandaDoc allows our team to use templates, which reduces the time and effort required to create professional documents. PandaDoc also allows real-time tracking and notifications that allows our team to receive notifications when a document is opened, viewed, signed, and paid. The data integration with HubSpot is another phenomenal feature that ensures seamless data flow and reduces manual data entry.
  • PandaDoc allows our team to create and send detailed sales proposals and quotes with the use of their templates.
  • The use of collaborative editing is also beneficial because our team is able to have multiple users edit and comment on documents simultaneously.
  • Document tracking is useful because we are able to receive real-time notifications and updates on the proposal process.
  • More advanced customization features would be useful to users that require specific branding.
  • Further advancing the existing analytics would drive growth in regard to reporting capabilities.
  • Real-time collaboration with users tends to be slow or glitchy.
PandaDoc is best utilized when preparing contracts and sharing those with the client. I am also able to see real-time updates on when the proposal is viewed, opened, and signed. I can also cut down on time and effort used because I am able to reuse templates. It is also helpful to share the quote while I am editing with the team to receive additional feedback and assistance.

We use PandaDoc for the submission, review and signing of contracts. It allows us to see whether the recipient has accessed the contract, whether they have read it or not, and which parts they have paid most attention to. It also allows us to have a repository and automatic sending to the people you want, which saves purely administrative tasks and allows us to spend more time on other more important tasks.

It is suitable for all types of scenarios. It is easy to use and anyone, even if they do not have an account, can log in to sign in and make comments as needed. It facilitates negotiations and speeds up signing. As a lawyer, it makes my job way easier.

To sign contracts for payroll and HR as well as gather the necessary documents to register with the IRS. We have also used them for document check list and ACH authorizations as well. We use PandaDoc on a daily basis to help do our job quicker and more efficient!

We use PandaDoc primarily to create proposals for our corporate video production company. These proposals include various types of content to present the organization in a positive light to the recipient, including sample videos, logos of other clients, lists of qualifications, etc. We also use these as our contracts to determine pricing, scope, terms, etc.

  • It is a bit glitchy.
  • It struggles when 2 accounts are looking at the same document simultaneously.
  • The new dashboard layout is not very intuitive.
It is very well suited for proposal/quotation/contract writing, including adding lots of marketing-type content and sales copy. It also works well for employment contracts. However, it struggles with having more than one user looking at the same document, which hinders collaboration. If you want something very flashy, it may not be the best fit, as the layouts are more simple.

Use for lease agreements, commercial contractual agreements and some HR use. PandaDoc has been used by us as a replacement for DocuSign. The ease of use and updates to docs on the fly has been amazing. We utilize it for lease agreements critical for our business, commercial service contracts and basically used for offer letters and some policy changes within the organization.

We have been using Pandadoc in our business for the past 4-5 years, and it has provided a great digital contract solution for our sales team. It has been easy to set up the templates and fast and efficient for our clients to review and sign digitally. Now fully integrated with our Salesforce CRM, Pandadoc has provided us with a great end-to-end solution for sales and business contracts. I highly recommend it for other users!

  • Visibility of when the clients open the contract and how long they spend on each page + where they are up to. So we can follow up straight after they have been reading the contract (but have not yet completed it).
  • It can be a bit difficult to create long contracts. You cannot just upload a Word document into Pandadoc. You have to create separate text boxes to insert the text on each page.
Pandadoc has been an excellent solution for fast and efficient contract signing for our sales team. They are helping us close more deals in a quicker turnaround time for our business.

I use PandaDocs regularly to create and send out contracts for my organization. It helps me keep track of signatures and enter into client agreements. It allows me to easily send out signatures to our contractors or clients. I can also use it to customize templates so that I can re-use the same contracts with ease and pull in fields.

  • Clients often do not seem to get the contracts once we send them over and can't find them.

PandaDoc is a very suitable tool for basic contract needs and creating templates. However, I do find it may not be appropriate for a more extensive organization, as our clients sometimes have difficulty finding the contract.

We have to sign forms daily for a large group of people. This software allows us to quickly send forms out to everyone at the same time and track receiving them. There is a bulk sending feature that is useful but it costs per document and not included in the basic software so that is a possible down side.

We use PandaDoc for all our contracts and new client documents. Their system allows us to change our forms and update them as needed quickly. PandaDoc gives us the option to send via email or text for clients to review and sign. We are able to review where a client might be stuck on the documents so we can reach out and address the delay.

  • Dashboard allows me to see my teams contracts and their status at a glance.
  • Links for contracts are helpful for our clients who are traveling.
  • A fill in button for full names, instead of using the text button.
In our field, all clients sign numerous agreements and contracts, and having several templates makes it quick to get the documents to them. Being able to see where clients are spending the most time on the application helps us to improve our documents and support.

We began using PandaDoc to solve our contract writing and signing issues with our clients. We were using the old-school method of emailing contracts to our clients, who would then have to print them out, scan them, and email or fax them back to us. The quality of our contracts were poor after so much back and forth. We set out to look for a better solution and found PandaDoc. We then tried the service and added a couple of our contracts. Within a few weeks, we saw a huge difference in our process. We get contracts reviewed more thoroughly with the workflow approval process, and then the contracts are all managed through email, and the viewability is great. The contracts are digitally signed and the notification process by PandaDoc during the flow is great. We can see when our clients view, sign, and complete our contracts. The documents come back to us signed and clear, and a accompanying digital certificate verifying all digital signatures for legal purposes.

They also seem to have a better lineup of options in their standard packages compared to others. Their customer service is pretty good, and you have dedicated account managers who will check in with you from time to time throughout the year.

I use PandaDoc every day for creating client proposals for services like SEO, website design, and consulting. The program allows me to use my templates to make similar proposals easily.
  • Replicating exact proposals for new clients.
  • Adding previously created modules to new proposals.
  • Entering information once and having it populated in other relevant places.
  • Designing proposals for new services has always been more than I could do without help.
  • The proposals often go to clients spam folder.
  • Duplicating a proposal and adding a new client or clearing old client information is not intuitive or easy. Even after replacing the client information, other fields assigned to the old client don't automatically get assigned to the new.
  • When the signer changes, it is difficult to quickly edit without deleting the previous signer and re-adding them as a cc.
The same proposal for a new client is a great use case. Adding new features is a pain. It would be nice if you could specify changes to the template when you're making a new proposal. Switching roles and signers on an already-created proposal is complex.
