Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to send documents to our partners. These documents are to update their accounts and require signature. We use PandaDoc to create the templates, and then we use its integration with HubSpot to send the documents for signature. There are about four people on our team that use it on a regular basis.

We don't really use PandaDoc for proposals, contracts, or quotes at this time. We use it more for support changes. Based on how it has helped in these processes, I could see how it would make the sales process more efficient. The reusable templates have been game changes, and they are so easy to edit as needed for different organizations.
The real-time notifications have been extremely helpful. Our team can see when people have viewed and signed the documents so we can quickly move to next steps. This helps save our time and provide better service to our customers.
We love how we can brand the documents with our theme. This helps them feel more like us. It also allows for a bit more style than some signature platforms I have seen in the past. Documents are easy to save as well which makes the whole process smoother.

We used Dropbox back when it was still HelloSign. At the time, new templates were very hard to create. We had to upload a PDF and then add the fields from there. With PandaDoc, we are able to drag and drop the text, images, logos, and fields we need easily. This has saved our team an immense amount of time.

It is so easy to create templates and then send them as documents for signature. It's helpful that our whole team can see the documents so that we all know what still needs to be sent. We use the HubSpot integration which is helpful, but it could use some additional development.
