Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use PandaDoc to store contract templates for MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and various other client-facing agreements. We also use PandaDoc for e-signatures, both inside our organization and with third-party signatories. Whenever a document needs to be signed by someone within our organization, we turn to PandaDoc to ensure signatures are collected quickly and efficiently.

Document Creation

I love that we can use templates in PandaDoc. It really expedites our ability to get important documents out to clients and / or vendors, which means business can happen that much faster. We don't need to upload a contract type every time we need to send something out, but can just select the template and away it goes!

Streamlining Communication

I love getting notifications in my email inbox when a client or vendor has viewed an agreement and receiving another notification when the agreement has been signed by the client or vendor. It lets me check in with the signatory if there seems to be a delay between the two steps and improves communication.

Professional Quality

I can't imagine how the documents could improve in professional look and feel. The documents are preserved and presented exactly how I designed them to look before uploading them, and the formatting is preserved perfectly. How my documents are presented is very important to me, so I appreciate how well the look and feel is preserved in PandaDoc.

Innovative Uses

We also use PandaDoc for internal employee agreements.

Alternatives Considered

DocuSign

PandaDoc and DocuSign are very similar in functionality and design, but I prefer to use PandaDoc's interface. It is so easy to use and I prefer PandaDoc's interface and UI. It feels a little cleaner and a little more professional to me when compared with DocuSign's interface and UI design.

I really appreciate PandaDoc's e-signature capabilities. It is so easy to upload a document, add the text to fill in blank fields, and send the documents to one or multiple other parties for s-signatures. It is so simple to add the signature field, and I love that PandaDoc automatically sends emails after a party has signed. It makes tracking the signature process and progress so much easier!
