Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
I use PandaDoc to create forms for businesses that want to work with us. It helps us make a customized contract without having to individualize it every time. With the forms I can put in fields we need and when the signer fills it out it is done without having to do it for every contract. I hope they expand more features with forms because we use it often.

- I don't think the format is as user-friendly as it could be
- I think the help chat is hard to find. I try reading the documents but they don't cover what I want.
- I would like more features with Forms. It's clunky right now, because I have to first make a template.
- I would like to see it better able to take an existing document and make it a Form.
- The Form helps us from not remaking contracts
I haven't used any of those features. I don't work after-hours or use my phone for work. I mainly create Forms and Templates.
- My company doesn't have a typical growth goals. We don't want to grow.
- It helps keeps us organized.
