Pandadoc end to end contract signing solution for sales team.
Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We have been using Pandadoc in our business for the past 4-5 years, and it has provided a great digital contract solution for our sales team. It has been easy to set up the templates and fast and efficient for our clients to review and sign digitally. Now fully integrated with our Salesforce CRM, Pandadoc has provided us with a great end-to-end solution for sales and business contracts. I highly recommend it for other users!
Pros
- Digital contracts.
- Integration with Salesforce CRM.
- Automated follow ups to clients.
- Visibility of when the clients open the contract and how long they spend on each page + where they are up to. So we can follow up straight after they have been reading the contract (but have not yet completed it).
Cons
- It can be a bit difficult to create long contracts. You cannot just upload a Word document into Pandadoc. You have to create separate text boxes to insert the text on each page.
- Time saving with completing contracts.
- Time saving with building templates that can be used for multiple user cases.
- Greater employee efficiency.
The commenting and real-time notifications have helped streamline our whole sales process, speed up contract signing, and increase conversion rates with clients.
- Upload existing PDF documents, then drag in a "signature box" at the bottom of the contract to get a business partner to sign or verify paperwork or contracts.
Conga was difficult to build template contracts and not as simple to set up templates, etc., for our sales contracts as Pandadoc has been (simple drag-and-drop in Pandadoc). The automation and integration between our Salesforce and Conga accounts were not working correctly, so we reverted back to using Pandadoc, connecting it to our Salesforce account and contract signing process.
