We use PandaDoc to securely deliver and monitor proposals, agreements, notices, and contracts by and between our organization and our clients.

Cons

  • Formatting options (rich text) for announcements that accompany sent documents.
  • The option for greater visibility into colleagues outstanding agreements.
  • Greater flexibility on pricing; specifically, allow for one field to determine which of multiple price tables are displayed.
  • Efficiency in document creation, distribution, and follow-up
  • Enhanced customer experience due to improved security
  • Enhanced document retention and retrieval
My top features are reusable templates, large content library, embedded eSignatures, variables.
Of this group, real-time notifications and mobile-friendly eSignature capabilities have been the most well received and utilized.
The content is highly customizable and the quality is very good across multiple platforms.

PandaDoc provided similar features and functionality at a better price, but the "tipping point" was integrated e-signatures.

PandaDoc excels Sending individual agreements, sending agreements to multiple recipients (bulk send), tracking document workflow and history.

I would like to see rich text functionality for the text that is included with emailed documents, and I believe greater visibility into teammates documents would be helpful.
