We needed a product to produce professional-looking proposals with digital signature capability. We tried several market-leading products, and PandaDoc was the only one that delivered the features we needed.

Document Creation

Reusable templates have been a big help in speeding up proposal creation and the ability to import our products, services, and pricing. eSignatures have helped speed up customers' time to sign off on proposals.

Real-time notifications are a definite help. We haven't used the other features at this point.

The product is polished and functional. I look forward to the new features as they are added.

PandaDoc is excellent for compiling customer proposals and external and internal documents or policies that need to be signed. We use it for acceptable use policies, waiver forms, equipment forms, and any document requiring a signature.
