Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine
We use Brightmine to stay current on the ever-changing employment laws across the US. The content is very easy to read, and we use it to ensure that our company is 100% in compliance and ready for any upcoming legislation that will affect us.

- Include locals on 50 state charts.
- Have more functionality in the automated handbooks, like company logo capability.
- Saving costs by making sure we reduce our risk of litigation and use of outside counsel.
- Whenever there is a compliance question, we have a one-stop shop for finding up-to-date, easy-to-understand content.
The resources Brightmine has provided help our organization tremendously. The hotline is super helpful, the 50 state charts are so great, and the flow charts help ensure we fully understand how new legislation impacts us.
Brightmine has helped us with State Supplemental handbooks, which we did not have before. This has a huge impact and is a great resource for all of the different policies each state has, and our employees can quickly review them.
The amount of information and how organized and easy to read it is are big deals. Plus, the automated handbook capability is impressive.
