Because of the careful vetting and filtering we have not had to review the usual hundreds of applicants. This has saved precious time and money in filling open slots in our roster.

Again, their consistent outreach and vetting process has dramatically improved our candidate search process.

Too many candidates cause a delayed response and, at times, no response at all to candidates, causing a poor candidate experience. It should filter out qualified candidates more often to eliminate those with zero qualifications.

It hasn’t affected it much. AI outreach is limited in scope and doesn’t bring in the best candidates—a lot of times, I’m looking for someone with a specific skill set on top of basic requirements that a computer can’t teach.

In the past, I have had profiles with incomplete contact information. In those cases I have opted to use the messaging feature and it has helped me connect with the applicant and get the updated contact information that was missing. It has been flowing and effective.

The way the applications flow through the tool and the versatile inventory, allows me to post a job and then let that work for me in the background while I complete other tasks. Zip is effective and increases the amount of roles I can work at any give time, which in turns increases my numbers.

I think this is such a terrible system it is not even funny.

ZipRecruiter is always my backup when candidate flow is down. I keep that up at all times to catch a few applicants here and there. It's not a huge number of turnouts but I can't depend on it to bring in a couple. It's a steady flow, even if the applicants are duplicates.

i can't speak to this one too much because I haven't seen the metrics of what it brings in without me doing the leg work.

It has given us great exposure to a broad applicant pool. I do find many candidates using ZipRecruiter and the data base of resumes.

I do not use the newer AI tools. I cannot sit there waiting for people to join a virtual interview.

ZipRecruiter is very much useful and we have placed many good candidates for the job and they have also given a good back with job work and client , it is very easy to go for BGV with ZipRecruiter candidates , coz they are genunine and quality profiles , many have been placed with this platform.

We have not really used this feature. At least not to my knowledge, unless there is AI filtering or matching going on in the background.

Ziprecruiter has honestly returned less qualified applicants than Indeed. I find that I can find the same applicants on Indeed and then some. I wish we had more applicant flow for our reqs. It feels like I am always repeating the same people despite how detailed I get with my posts.

ZipRecruiter does have good IT tools. It can pinpoint my need for PTCB-qualified applicants or an applicant with required management experience. I do use the sourcing tool when I am in there and rely on Zip's ability to bring up qualified people. I am then able to contact them directly.

It's been ok. I appreciate that ZipRecruiter has some build templates to utilize that you can access fairly easily.
