Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
We use ZipRecruiter to seek out qualified candidates for specialized positions in our organization. Because of it's popularity it makes it simple to post a position singularly and receive a good sized pool of talent. Other solutions, we feel, send too many "close" applicants and not as many whom check all the boxes.
Pros

Cons
- perhaps a more streamlined alert email to their lists
- avoid "apply on company site" requirements.
- Keep applicants info on file for future opportunities and notify them when one comes up
- Reduced time to hire by weeks
- Reduced employee churn by 30%
Because of the careful vetting and filtering we have not had to review the usual hundreds of applicants. This has saved precious time and money in filling open slots in our roster.
Again, their consistent outreach and vetting process has dramatically improved our candidate search process.
