Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter

ZipRecruiter is easy to use for posting jobs. I have recruited people in the labor, professional, sales, and health industries. It reaches many candidates, and the response is very good and quick. Would I recommend it? Yes, I would, at least as a trial to test its capabilities.

Pros

  • Post jobs.
  • Response from candidates.
  • Resume database.

Cons

  • Cost is high.
  • Do not like the "up sale" and aggressive sales people.
  • Do not like the 3 levels of service- should be all one level.
  • Quantity of candidates.
  • Response time.
