Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
Sourcing is the most common use for ZipRecruiter. The most effective way to use the platform is to search for resumes using Boolean searches. This allows us to look for additional talent and addresses a lack of candidates.

Too many candidates cause a delayed response and, at times, no response at all to candidates, causing a poor candidate experience. It should filter out qualified candidates more often to eliminate those with zero qualifications.
It hasn’t affected it much. AI outreach is limited in scope and doesn’t bring in the best candidates—a lot of times, I’m looking for someone with a specific skill set on top of basic requirements that a computer can’t teach.
ZipRecruiter falls after LinkedIn and Indeed. I think their candidate quality, filtering, and overall ease of use are better than recruiters' platforms.
