- Diligent One Platform helps our Company to explore the new areas and complied with the rules and Governance defined by the overseas countries.

- Initial investment cost is very high ROI is mainly soft savings.

One Stop Shop for GRC Needs
- Ease of managing large data and the ease of applying scripts compared to MS office. Allows us to do this in a much more timely manor and time is money.
- The history and the scripts are not easy to find and store. So can take a bit more time to pull up history.
- All in one place allows companies to save money on multiple purchases.
- Its useful for auditors across regions to to share their work and have a structure to review controls globally
- Analytics has helped us automate compliance reporting and saved previous developer/support time
- Number of calls to technical support to extract adhoc data for compliance has reduced by over 30%

HighBond sets a high bar, but has room for improvement
- It has saved me time generating status reports
- It has saved me time in coordinating with others to obtain information, since it tracks requests and sends reminders
- It saves time with to dos and open reviews to keep track of tasks to be completed
- HighBond by Galvanize streamlined our audit finding reporting immensely.
- HighBond by Galvanize reduced hours spent on SOX control status reports.
- There has not been the reduction in time on reports as we would have hoped.
