Board member meetings and discussions around governance, compliance, financial risk analysis, and risk management. The sharing of confidential documents is very secure and well-suited to use. The security of discussion is a great feature among members and leadership. Business record management is easily shared and managed, and we’re very pleased with the outcome.

As an financial and consulting working professional we had many challenges related to being compliant with other financial and governmental regulations and standard. For that we need so many different process, business units and other interested parties to come on same table and work on every single control to get compliant with those regulations. In this case we have manage so many risks and work on timely remediation. Onspring worked well in this.

• too many clicks in Projects to get on the right page.
• In Results: when you want to apply a filter you need to click twice, not user friendly.
• it could be very useful to add computed field in Results rather than using a Robots for that. It could help clients to create better reporting without having ACL for Windows skills!

HighBond by Galvanize support has some of the best and fastest support that I have experienced. Though we only contact them through emails, they were quick to provide insightful information about our problems. I was not involved in the implementation, but i do think the interface works well and is a great tool to centralize our compliance program. I'm currently in the process of exploring many of the advanced features and using the Diligent Academy to learn about some of these exciting features to add value to our organization. I recently attended a CPE and was very impressed with the presenters and their energy and knowledge of the product

Digital one was focused on risk and governance while other tools we reviewed were more generic for data analysis across different use cases. As a heavily regulated industry, we needed a dedicated risk monitoring framework and Digital One helped accomplish that

RSA Archer is also great tool but why I choose Onspring is because it is user friendly and easy UI on the other hand Archer is so lethal and complex system which sometimes lack behind in term performance and scalability.
