We’re pretty satisfied with the implementation offering and the reading experiences provided. With our quarterly audits, this tool has made the task much more accessible. The outcome of version control of documents is easy to accomplish, and gathering all the records in one place makes it more accessible.

Diligent One Platform is best in implementation and speedy specially we explored Diligent One Platform risk clarifying templates covering compliance ESG and AI driven insights and tools . By risk clarifying templates we get best insights of polices which need to be fine-tunes and defined the granularity in the work flows and policies.

It only helped learn and train the team members, as our use cases were quite different and didn't allow simple implementation with the configured workflows. Rather than spending training on multiple users, we're able to train super users, and the knowledge transfer with the help of pre-configured workflows helped to increase the skilled workforce for the application.

I'm working as professional services team. The most common business needs implemented so far are related to Internal Control (mainly with Results) or Internal Audit (standard way of Projects use). ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) is barely key to our clients. And when it is, the link between Strategy App and Projects is not so easy to understand. The new geographical visualization is very good news! We were asking for it for many years. The product is quite easy to use the moment you define the best way to use it. And that's the real challenge according to me!! Choose the best flow takes time and this brainstorming activity is more often time consuming and under estimated. There are always several configuration possibilities to achieve our client's goals. Depending its maturity, its licenses subscription and the time he has to allocate to the implementation phase. Results is very often a part of the solution and thanks to Robots we can always manager tricky situations and propose workaround when needed.

Initial setup is quite involved as there is a steep learning curve. Documentation and support are lacking. The default dashboard/reports are not sufficient and require customization and additional costs. Once setup, the data analysis automation saves a lot of time and manual effort for audit and support teams.

The implementation of the Diligent One Platform is not a time consuming activity but the coordination among the client partners and other professionals and the management decision makers took a long time in understanding the benefits and outcomes of this platform in the long run and the day to day operations

I was not involved in the implementation, but i do think the interface works well and is a great tool to centralize our compliance program. I'm currently in the process of exploring many of the advanced features and using the Diligent Academy to learn about some of these exciting features to add value to our organization. I recently attended a CPE and was very impressed with the presenters and their energy and knowledge of the product.
