Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform
We currently utilize ACL to normalize data (names) and then conduct fraud analysis on the payment requests to prevent duplicate or overlapping requests. ACL is also used to capture telemetry data, eliminate duplicates, and prepare the data for uploading to our database for use/review. All of these things can be automated using ACL, ACL Exchange Server, and/or robotics functions.
Pros
- built-in functions are relevant and effective
- The new features keep coming and are amazing, like the ACL Robotics (automation functions)
- The ACL community and support provide literally thousands of scripts and other helps.
Cons
- too many clicks in Projects to get on the right page.
- In Results: when you want to apply a filter you need to click twice, not user friendly.
- it could be very useful to add computed field in Results rather than using a Robots for that. It could help clients to create better reporting without having ACL for Windows skills!
- Ease of managing large data and the ease of applying scripts compared to MS office. Allows us to do this in a much more timely manor and time is money.
- The history and the scripts are not easy to find and store. So can take a bit more time to pull up history.
- All in one place allows companies to save money on multiple purchases.
We are currently using HighBond to Build Risk and Control Framework that is assessible to GRC projects. This enables providing unified assurance in the system. It is very easy to use. The Platform is fully integrated as all the Apps both offline and online work together to achieve the GRC objectives.I can hardly pinpoint any of the feature that is missing. Except that, I have not yet seen the possibility of sending Audit Plan and Scope information to Auditee prior to Audit engagement.
We were using an older version of TeamMate that was being retired. The new implementation prompted us to reevaluate the legacy platform and see if there were other systems that be simpler and less costly.
