Converting all meeting spaces in to VC room is crucial for our company so AVI-SPL help was highly appreciated

AVI-SPL has helped us convert all conference rooms larger than 10 people to teams. These rooms are now the most used conference rooms on campus. Employees and leadership always looking for ways to increase the number of teams rooms without blowing out the budget. AVI-SPL has provided us with multiple options.

We have bought all of our teams room gear from them. They have been great to help us have superior flexibility to our teams and departments in seasons of need.

We have never used AVI-SPL for this purpose.

We re able to do hybrid meetings from our rooms which allow students to join in cases they are sick. We are better able to accomodate our centers who aren't located on this campus. We are able to provide distance learning from more of our rooms.

AVI-SPL has only built standalone conference systems for us that do not need remote control or access. However, system components are always remotely accessible on our network for modifications on an as-needed basis.

Thanks to product recommendations with my sales reps I was able to set up a remotely monitored IT Service Desk solution for people who still had to work on-site during the shutdown. Employees could walk into the Service Desk with computer problems and still be attended to by a live person via video technologies in place.

They have not helped us to date with this effort.

The Teams Rooms equipment the AVI-SPL has provided has been very helpful for collaboration in our hybrid environment. Meetings are easy to set up and join.

We mainly use products in a school classroom. Students are more engaged and excited about learning.

We have not completed this project yet but a hybrid working environment is a piece of our goal.

We've had several requests come up over the last few years to make the conference room experience align with the desktop VC experience. AVI-SPL has done an excellent job keeping us on top of the latest products and features available to meet those needs.

AVI-SPL assisted in designing and installing all of our conference rooms and showing us how to operate them.

AVI-SPL has equipped our space with ceiling mics, integrated speakers, dual cameras, a confidence monitor and a Zoom-native Logitech system for seamless connection. These solutions look professional, blend in with our environment and decor and are easy for our team to use. It's also been a great experience from the perspectives of those meeting with us externally. We are very happy with the solution!

After initial attempts to debug and resolve the connectivity issues, AVI-SPL "washed their hands" and deferred further support to Microsoft. Only with Microsoft's assistance have we been able to resolve the issues plaguing the Teams Meeting Room upgrade in the Executive Conference Room. Now the technology is working as designed.

N/A This is not applicable to the work covered under our contract

We've not yet gone through any transformative projects with AVI-SPL just yet. We have scoped a few projects and plan to implement some solutions next year. That part of the process has been seamless. Scheduling for smaller projects has been a little difficult to find dates where both the installation team and the rooms they're working on are available. The biggest impact provided by AVI-SPL thus far has been a huge reduction in the amount of downtime for each of our rooms overall.

No remote capability.

This has not been in their scope, which is a straight-forward installation of conference room monitors.
