Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We use AVI-SPL to handle all AV integrations in our Los Angeles and Brentwood offices. we are expanding coverage to some of our off-shore and international offices
- design and infrastructure documentation
- installation and attention to detail
- ongoing maintenance and support
- speed of on-site response times
- hard to get back quotes, but i think this is due to complex company requests and large scale, multi-room projects
- We've had some of our Poly RealConnect licenses expire and had to get last minute renewals - this should be automated and automatically renewed
purchasing and procurement of peripheral equipment for home and in-office use
