Overall Satisfaction with XpertHR

I use XpertHR to provide me with templates for contracts, policies, and letters. I also use them often to get quick and accurate employment law/HR answers to my day-to-day queries.

Pros

  • Contract templates.
  • Up to date legal advice.
  • Clear guidance.

Cons

  • I don't have anything so far!
  • Mitigated risks from ER situations.
  • Reduced the amount of time, I would have to spend going through dozens of online sites for information.
  • Reduced our spend on the use of employment lawyers.
By providing up-to-date and clear advice on employment law and HR best practice. Specifically with the useful employment law timetable we have been able to proactively prepare for changes in employment law.
As previously mentioned, the employment law timetable has been invaluable. It has also helped us remain compliant internationally as well, something that previously was a concern for us.

A few examples just from this year are that XpertHR has helped us understand the treatment of those on a zero-hour contract, the approach to annual leave for those on compressed hours, and details of international employment law so we could develop policies specific to our non-UK colleagues.
