We use XpertHR as an HR team to keep up to date with latest developments, trends, templates and general advice on hr issues faced. It helps us address business problems by getting advise from XpertHR on casework.

We have benefited from the accurate advice on HR and this has given advisors the confidence when dealing with their own casework. We have been able to update some of our own processes through the resources on XpertHR which has allowed up to be compliant especially with new updates.
It has helped in keeping up to date with the latest legislation changes and new updates in HR this gives us an opportunity to update our policies and procedures.
When comparing services to use it was important to have something that was relevant to the sector we work in, we found that XpertHR was the most relevant and had specific information that would benefit us compared to CIPD which is more generic and does not give a lot of specifics.
