To Source, Refining search, Hunting for Profile which the client looking for. To generate Ceipal ATS like submission count, Interview mapping and Placements count. to analysis the Employee performance against their submission count. We can all the job board simultaneously in a single login, the portals we used for Monster, Dice and Career Builder to outsource the desired profile.
  • We can use Monster, Dice and Career Builder in a single stretch, I think no other ATS is as familiar than Ceipal ATS.
  • Ceipal ATS can be used the login the other Job portal , where as the other individual job like Dice, Monster Job portal have not option to to multiple login
  • To view the usage and track the employees and their boolen string skills.
  • Some times the string we are searching from Ceipal ATS it shows the resume has particular skill set, upon viewing on that resume, we don't find any skills on that particular resume
  • AI need need to improve .
  • Ceipal ATS some free job posting like careerjet, Zip recruiter, Lucid and many other. But we don't get much response from above mentioned sites.
As I mentioned already we are using Monster and Dice Job portal , While login with the concern portal via their website we can use use up to three members in Monster, But while login with Ceipal ATS, any numbers of user are able to login the job portal in a single stretch. Mainly integrated search uses to access all job portals in a single boolean strings, so it is easy to view the profile we looking for .

We are using Ceipal ATS for our business company growing and that is an excellent platform for our organization, we are easily sourcing the right candidates by using Ceipal ATS. It was easy to handle and easy to access to connect the candidates and Ceipal ATS had a very secure database. we didn't face any problems.
  • The Ceipal ATS is definitely correct platform to sourcing the right candidates.
  • All individual job boards have included Ceipal ATS (Monster, Dice, Career Builder).
  • Comparatively with other job boards the Ceipal ATS is well performing to reduce our workload.
  • The Ceipal ATS performed well but sometimes we couldn't find the exact resumes from the dice.
  • In Monster we can't access to modify the candidate VISA status so please add the option on Monster.
  • In Career builder there is no option to put Willing to relocation, that was also very helpful to sourcing exact resumes from the Ceipal ATS
The Ceipal ATS is an excellent platform tool for the HR department and especially recruitment, we can access it easily and we should find the exact resumes by using a boolean search on Ceipal ATS. Integrated search and internal database are very useful to find out the candidate. we can improve our work so definitely I would recommend to my colleagues.

As an account manager, we used to submit the resume to the client and feed the candidates. We used to manage multiple profiles in the portal.

Integrated job portals like Monster, CB, and Dice cost less if we purchase Ceipal instead of a separate portal. Sending internal emails using Ceipal is really helpful.

We are using an ATS to hire candidates. Mass email is the best thing on this application. Some of the critical roles candidates are not addressing on this ATS. If they add them accordingly, it will be very useful for us. We used to search for the perfect candidates and give them an opportunity.

  • An option like visa status, and years of experience filtering reduces the time to get the profile soon.

  • On integrated search, we weren't able to filter the work Status and experience in Monster.

A few years back, we used separate portals for Monster, dice, and CB, but now they are all included in a single portal of CEIPAL ATS, so I would definitely like to suggest it to my colleagues.

In Ceipal ATS, it is very Useful ATS which help to finding the candidate, sourcing the candidate with great filters, in which we put job location, job title, from the use of ceipal, we can say it is perfect ATS.

In ceipal ATS, the mail merge function is excellent and makes different and unique from other ATSs; in Ceipal, we can go up to 999 Emails in one go. This means we merge 999 email IDs in one go, which is a lot, and it is perfect ATS.

CEIPAL ATS has been a great ATS for a organization to use and capture the full cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. It can be integrated with many other job boards like dice, Career Builder, Monster etc. It helps an organization to build their own internal data base and can access it with simple boolean queries.

On daily basis I used to source the profile and submit it in the Ceipal ATS to my manager. It helps me to submit the profiles gfaster by adding all the required documents and details. Candidate details and submission track record can be viewed in the Ceipal ATS which helps me to avoid duplicate submissions and makes me to reduce my work as the documents was already merged with Ceipal ATS.

Ceipal ATS is the first ATS I have used in my career. Earlier I used portal in chrome seperately. Everytime when I submit the resumes to the client I always check with my colleagues whether it is already submitted by us or not but after using the Ceipal ATS I helps to save my time and I can easily check all details in one platform.

We use Ceipal as our ATS, which helps us generate submissions, mark interviews, and track placements. Sometimes, we use it to send emails to candidates to collect documents. We have migrated all job boards into Ceipal, which helps address issues more easily and reduces our workload. This allows us to quickly upload profiles and reuse migrated profiles as needed.
  • We migrate resumes from all job boards with a single click.
  • We send bulk emails to up to 999 recipients, which is very helpful for us as it allows us to send a single email to everyone.

  • I don't think there is an improvement needed because, compared to other ATS, Ceipal is the best one. I have been using it for more than 6 years.
  • If you still want improvement, please don't migrate the resume without including email and phone details, as it causes issues when trying to open it in Ceipal.
From job boards like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, we can easily migrate resumes with a single click. This has been a great experience. We can mark interviews and submit profiles to clients directly from the CEIPAL ATS. If we need any other tools to process the profiles for clients, we can use them directly from the ATS

Ceipal ATS is so helpful to in the process of sourcing the Related profiles according to the client expectation using Strings according to the job description. It saves lots of time in screening and sourcing process. In Ceipal ATS there are a lot of specifications like bulk mails and email merges it makes the RPO jobs so easy to find out exact matches profiles of the consultants it saves lots of time using different ATS portals in Ceipal ATS. As I am the administrator account of our organization, I usually use it to generate reports like usage report, To clear any issue cause in Ceipal ATS. It is easy to access the job portal using a single click. Every time it is easy to contact customer support to clear issues occurs in Ceipal ATS. The most likely way to use the Ceipal ATS is to migrate the new profile as we need to store in internal Database.
  • Accurate Usage of all the user views
  • Easy to switch from one job portal to another using integrated search
  • From administrator point is easy to allocate the view as per the requirement for each and every month
  • If any one user account is deleted, we can't retrieve his submission data, as we can see only his submission count only
  • Some times AI will automatically recommend some profiles, but it doesn't suit for the requirement
  • Sometimes if you looking for particular role in Job portal, Ceipal ATS has shown less profiles. I assume that when we are logging to same job portal using their website, it shows more number of profiles
Previously we have used Job Diva as our ATS, it doesn't have features like integrated search, which we have that options in Ceipal ATS. Job diva doesn't have the integrated Job portal, we can login will multiple users at the same time, But individual Job portal like Monster, Dice, Career Builder we cant login more the user at same time. So Ceipal ATS is best when compared to Other ATS.

I use Ceipal ATS daily for Recruitment Purpose in my company. We source and Hire candidates for US we are staffing recruitment firm, and I use Ceipal ATS to store candidates information send them email messages for multiple job openings and add their information once they are hired.

Ceipal I think is one the best ATS for Recruitment and Staffing database. Job Postings, Sourcing, Portal Search, Bulk email, selective mass email, data report etc. It's not too complex to use. It's easy to use.

I use Ceipal ATS as a CRM tool. It's a one-stop shop to view all my clients, open requirements, interviews, and candidate data. I also have access into other client's data if I ever need to reference it. I add notes and other important program documents to my client pages so the entire team has access for reference. Interviews are scheduled in Ceipal ATS, and an interview invite email is then shared with the team. It helps our recruiters stay on track, and understand those candidates who have already been contacted. I also utilize Ceipal ATS to understand if we're currently working with a particular client. If we are, I have access to all current, and former workers. I then have more insight into the client, and can tailor my approach when I reach out to them.
  • Once we are able to utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, we will be able to have a quick snapshot of each of our programs to see daily and future interviews, and other tasks.
  • The dashboard is easy to read. Again, once we can utilize all the functionality in Ceipal ATS, it will be super helpful to see a quick snapshot overview of my programs.
  • Most of the functionality is missing. Ceipal ATS will be great to use once we're able to utilizing all the different options to manage our programs.
  • I think it should be made easier to grant access to a client. There seems to always be issues there.
It's well suited in the client page where you can see all your open requests, how many candidates are submitted, how many have been selected to interview, etc. I wish it was easier to pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. Ceipal ATS holds more information than some of our VMS tools, so it would be really helpful to easily pull reports out of Ceipal ATS. It seems like a confusing process.

We have used Ceipal ATS to source right resumes which is used by Boolean search in the portal of internal database, integrated search, monster, dice, and CB. Main usage is all sourcing portals (Monster, Dice, and Career Builder) included in Ceipal ATS that’s the scope easily to get the resumes.
  • The 1st things is Monster, Dice and CB all individual sourcing portals including in Ceipal ATS.
  • The 2nd thing is Integrated search and internal DB is very useful to source migrated resume.
  • The 3rd one is Ceipal ATS is easily accessible and connect candidates with LinkedIn.
  • Please add a option of willing to relocate on carrier builder.
  • Sometimes we couldn’t find the exact resume by using location or zip code on Dice.
Ceipal ATS is very perfect and comfortable to source the resumes. Ceipal ATS is Very secure and trustworthy portal and it will be easily we can access. We can find the exact resume what we need and Ceipal ATS is very budget friendly to comparatively others portals so that’s why Ceipal ATS is very suited.

We use Ceipal ATS to post all the available daily requirements and the use of integrated search we will start sourcing profile through integrated portal in a single search. After sourcing the profile we will submit resumes to the account manager through Ceipal ATS to track the submission status. Because of Ceipal ATS we are saving our time. Bulk Email and integrated search, submission tracker, interview status, pipeline and we can pull out all the reports easily to show case the team performance.

It's Suits me very well in order to sourcing the candidates and for Job posting it's handle a high volume of job postings. Ceipal provides us different job board as well which we used for sourcing the candidates. We are also using to store and feed the documents.
Very useful to manage the client requirements.

We are using Ceipal ATS for Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling interviews and Closing the candidates for an end-to-end recruitment process. In most cases, we face a mighty issue some profiles will appear in Career Builder and Monster without the skills we mentioned in the Boolean String. In Dice, we can avoid the profile without the phone number by using the filter. But in the carrier Builder & Monster, We can't avoid those profiles. so, we losing our time and profile views also.
  • Myself particularly likes the mail merge option it helps me to get profiles faster.
  • Tracking the applicant status is great in Ceipal ATS
  • Ceipal ATS helps to get a profiles easier in Dice for W2 & Fulltime position by using filter.
  • In Career Builder, we can't Filter the USC & GC candidates.
  • When we add notes in CB most of the time it won't replicate in other portals
  • Adding more advanced report and analytics of the candidate will help to get profiles faster
Well suited if recruitment companies need any large-scale requirements that help recruiters to work across each position, During the client submission and the internal submission, we can use Ceipal ATS for those times. In some cases I face lots of issues during the time if I need any profiles that they are willing to travel, it makes it more complicated to get a profile.

Ceipal ATS integrated search works like a charm and gives you the desired filters to look for the right candidate through various integrated job boards. By giving the results on a one single page makes it more easy to use and reach out to candidates.

In my opinion,
Internal Database of Ceipal ATS is the worst which I have come across.
Irrelavant Results Refining Issue
Difficult to apply filters.
ANother which accoring to me is worst is that Ceipal ATS offers "multiple ways" to do the "same task" like "uploading a candidate to a particlur job posting which makes it difficult while training a team.

I use CEIPAL ATS to source candidates. We have integrated it with our internal database and external job boards. it also helps me to keep a track of my data, performance. It is very user friendly, took me about a day only to get used to it. Its features like integrating it with different softwares is also very helpful

if a candidates is placed in the past, and in future we come across with the same profile it gives a tag there it is placed already, notes you can check without opening the profile. checking the status without opening the profile, whether he is in interview process or offer process. It's UI is great
