Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

On daily basis I used to source the profile and submit it in the Ceipal ATS to my manager. It helps me to submit the profiles gfaster by adding all the required documents and details. Candidate details and submission track record can be viewed in the Ceipal ATS which helps me to avoid duplicate submissions and makes me to reduce my work as the documents was already merged with Ceipal ATS.

Pros

  • Fetching the profiles using AI
  • Better Integrated search
  • Day to day daily usage report sending to email
  • Simple UI with easy to use

Cons

  • After adding the documents need option to delete it by the user.
  • Need icon to schedule interviews in the same page of submission instead of going to job ID and search the candidate and scheduling.
  • Need option to preview the documents while submitting it to the client.
  • Duplicate resume saves companys cost
  • A Great time saver
  • Sometimes its get more time to load the profiles
Yes, Ceipal ATS helps my submission and work quality much more. As it was AI integrated, just copy pasting the job description helps to fetch the matching resume in the portals, whcih helps to reduce my work by putting the boolean search.
We have integrated Dice, Monster and Career Builder in Ceipal ATS. The person who used these portals seperately will know the real value of using Ceipal ATS. As it was integrated with free job and linkedin, it makes me to post the job in a fraction of minutes. Great thankful for this features.
As I said Ceipal ATS help me to save more time and reduce my effort by doing just one at a time instead of doing it in multiple job board. I really love the AI integrated search.
I heard that people use other ATS tools for sourcing the profiles and maintaining the some standards. I would strongly recommed them to use Ceipal ATS atleast once in their life, then definitely they will love it to go with Ceipal ATS. There is no other choice.

Ceipal ATS is the first ATS I have used in my career. Earlier I used portal in chrome seperately. Everytime when I submit the resumes to the client I always check with my colleagues whether it is already submitted by us or not but after using the Ceipal ATS I helps to save my time and I can easily check all details in one platform.
