Overall Satisfaction with Ceipal ATS

We have used Ceipal ATS in our organization. We didn't face problems; it was a nice tool to improve our organization and business. It also reduced our work, even though it was very easy to use. Moreover, it was so useful to work in our organization.

Pros

  • The Ceipal ATS is used for sourcing right candidates.
  • It was very secure of candidates database.
  • We can handle all database through Ceipal ATS.

Cons

  • Overall, Ceipal ATS is a very good platform for finding the right candidates, so all features are good.
  • Please add a option of last active days in internal database.
  • Please improve the dice, sometimes If we mentioned the location doesn’t show exact resumes properly.
  • Ceipal ATS is only for positive results and impact of our organisation.
  • It will be reducing our work and our time to get more profits.
  • We can see the difference in our work, time management, and improve the no of placements after we used the CEIPAL ATS.
Ceipal ATS is already a good platform for getting quality resumes. Still, utilizing Ceipal AI has the added advantage of getting more quality resumes. So, if we use AI, it does not affect Ceipal ATS. It was beneficial only so it could be used properly.
I hope LinkedIn has integrated with CEIPAL ATS, which was very useful to connect the candidates directly through Ceipal ATS.
Obviously, the Ceipal ATS reduces manual effort. It will be used for time management, and we will get quality and exact resumes in a short time. It was very easy to get resumes by using Boolean search and utilizing all individual portals of Ceipal EX (monster, dice, CB, integrated search).
We have used one more job boards platform of LinkedIn. That is used directly to connect the candidates only. We didn’t contact them directly, but the ceipal ATS has a candidate database (contact number, email ID, and resumes), so we can use that quickly to get the results that.

Ceipal ATS is used by Recruiting and staffing companies, so it will be used for the end-to-end recruiting process. For that reason, I suggested it to my colleagues. A few years back, we used separate portals for Monster, dice, and CB, but now they are all included in a single portal of CEIPAL ATS, so I would definitely like to suggest it to my colleagues.
