Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Ceipal ATS for our business company growing and that is an excellent platform for our organization, we are easily sourcing the right candidates by using Ceipal ATS. It was easy to handle and easy to access to connect the candidates and Ceipal ATS had a very secure database. we didn't face any problems.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The Ceipal ATS is definitely correct platform to sourcing the right candidates.
All individual job boards have included Ceipal ATS (Monster, Dice, Career Builder).
Comparatively with other job boards the Ceipal ATS is well performing to reduce our workload.

Cons

The Ceipal ATS performed well but sometimes we couldn't find the exact resumes from the dice.
In Monster we can't access to modify the candidate VISA status so please add the option on Monster.
In Career builder there is no option to put Willing to relocation, that was also very helpful to sourcing exact resumes from the Ceipal ATS

Return on Investment

The Ceipal ATS is definitely positive platform for our organization.
That was very useful to improve our business development, time management, and reduce workload.
The Ceipal ATS is always perfect platform for recruitment field because all the individuals' portals are included in Ceipal ATS so that very added advantage.

Candidate Quality

The Ceipal ATS has effectively utilized AI in the quality of candidates for our hiring process. It will decrease the time management to hire the people, so the Ceipal ATS doesn't affect the candidates by using the AI tool. It was used to improve the quality of resumes, and the quality of sourcing the right candidates.

Ease of Integration

The Ceipal ATS has integrated with ChatGPT to correct the string by using the Generative AI string. we can utilize to correct our boolean string search for the job descriptions.

Usability

The Ceipal ATS is overall very easy to use to reduce our time management and reduce our workload by using the tools (Integrated search, Internal DB, CB, Dice) because all individual portals are included in Ceipal ATS which is very useful to improve our work and we can handle the overall candidate database, tracker and reports on the Ceipal ATS so it reduced the manual effort.

we have used Linkedin Recruiter in our company, It's used to connect candidates directly through LinkedIn, and we can communicate directly through message. we can post the jobs on LinkedIn. In LinkedIn only we can connect with them or else we can't handle and maintain the candidate database through LinkedIn
